Yes, we take your privacy and data security very seriously.
At Ascguard, we follow a security-by-design approach, keeping security in the forefront and following the industry best practices and applicable data protection laws.
Your data is protected using:
- Industry-standard encryption (during transfer and storage)
- Secure servers with restricted access
- Role-based access controls
- Continuous security monitoring
Only authorized systems and personnel can access your data, strictly for providing healthcare services.
Our security and consent-driven practices align with healthcare data protection requirements under DPDP. Please refer privacy policy for DPDP requirements.
No. Your identity is never shared with AI systems.
We use AI services provided by trusted cloud providers such as Azure, Google, and AWS, which follow strict data protection and privacy standards.
Your data is not stored by AI systems. Data sharing is done only when required to answer your question, and:
• Data storage with LLM is disabled
• Data is anonymised before sending to LLM where possible
• No chat history or memory is retained by LLM
• Your data is not used for AI training
All your data and chat history remain securely managed within Ascguard.
You do. Your health data always belongs to you. We only protect and manage it on your behalf.
You may choose to share some or all data with Authorized healthcare providers.
You can request data deletion, which will be addressed within 7 working days, as per the privacy policy.
You can also download or delete specific data files at anytime within the Ascguard application.
You can delete a family member from the app. On deletion, all their health data will be deleted.
You may delete any chat from your chat history as needed. Once deleted, chats are removed permanently.
